JAMIE WILLIAMS BSN, RNC-MNN, IBCLC

Jamie Williams BSN, RNC-MNN, IBCLC, is a passionate maternal-child health nurse and lactation advocate with nearly two decades of experience. She has worked at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital for 18 years, including as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant for the past 8 years. Most recently, she has taken on a leadership role with CHAMPS, co-leading efforts to improve exclusive breastfeeding rates at her hospital.

Jamie credits her positive experiences nursing her two sons as a source of inspiration for her work. “I had an awesome experience breastfeeding my children, and I love sharing that experience with families,” she shared. Jamie takes pride in guiding parents through their breastfeeding journey—offering hands-on support, teaching various techniques, and helping families reach their exclusive breastfeeding goals. She is also a skilled educator who enjoys teaching breastfeeding classes to parents, physicians, and students alike.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Jamie shared: “I love being able to collaborate with parents, support their goals, and serve as a key resource in their breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding is a beautiful and rewarding experience for moms and babies, and I feel so lucky to do what I love each day.”
