CHEER CHAMPION OF THE WEEK: JACKIE GREEN, MPH
Data-driven improvement and a deep commitment to patient care are at the heart of Jackie Green’s work. As Manager of Data Analytics at Holy Cross Health (Holy Cross Hospital and Holy Cross Germantown Hospital), Jackie has spent her 24-year career with the organization, beginning as an undergraduate intern before earning her MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology. Today, she supports performance improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, safety, and outcomes across care settings.
Jackie is most inspired by the people she works with and by seeing data turn into meaningful improvements for patients and families. Through her involvement with CHAMPS National, she has enjoyed collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and learning more about the program’s focus on patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement in maternal and child health. Her expertise has been instrumental in developing and implementing skin-to-skin reporting for the CHAMPS National project, helping teams track progress and drive improvement.
Although Jackie describes herself as someone who typically works behind the scenes, participating in CHAMPS workgroups and meetings has given her a deeper appreciation for the program’s impact. As she shared, “Now, being part of the work groups and meetings, I see the great work and initiatives this program encourages, putting the patient’s best interests first.”
We are grateful for Jackie’s longstanding dedication to Holy Cross Health and for the vital role she plays in advancing maternal and child health outcomes through data.
