GIVMED

GIVMED’s guiding vision is clear: Access to medicine for all. Using a collaborative network of pharmacies, businesses, and NGOs, our newest CHAMPion works throughout Greece to redistribute medicines that would otherwise be wasted.

GIVEMED has supported vulnerable groups with limited or no access to medicines since its formation in March 2016. This past year, the CHEER International Group in Greece (CHEERing) received €9,096 (nearly $10,000) in medications from the GIVMED network, including large donations of iron, vitamin D drops for infants, and muscle rubs. CHEERing distributes these medicines to refugee populations, and could not afford the products without GIVMED’s support.
