ADARIN REZAEI

Adarin Rezaei has always been curious about how things work—a trait that led him to study Construction Engineering and IT, and later spend four years as a programmer. Fluent in English, Turkish, and Farsi, Adarin has used his multilingual skills to connect across cultures and provide meaningful support to diverse communities.

What sets Adarin apart is his passion for hands-on service. He loves spending time in refugee camps, where he can directly support people and witness the impact of his work. One moment Adarin recalls with pride was when someone told him, “You are part of our family now, knowing everything about us.” For Adarin, this was a powerful reminder that compassion and human connection are as important as technical skills.

As CHEER International Group (CHEERing) Field Operations Manager and Director of Volunteer Programs, Adarin brings this same combination of expertise, empathy, and dedication to his work every day. His leadership ensures that families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
